INSAR 2026 Call for Award Applications
Application Period: October 27, 2025 – November 26, 2025.
*Award notifications are scheduled to be announced by February 2, 2026.
Review details below for all INSAR award categories. Some award guidelines require, or give preference to, INSAR 2026 Annual Meeting abstract submission.
- Individuals must be current INSAR members at the time of application.
- In-person attendance at the Annual Meeting is required for Travel Awards*
- All applications must be submitted through this online award submission system.
- All applications must be submitted in English.
IMPORTANT: Awardees who find they cannot attend in-person, will be forfeiting their Travel Award.
Award notifications are scheduled to be announced by Monday, February 2, 2026. The INSAR 2026 Annual Meeting will be held April 22-April 25 in Prague, Czech Republic. English is the official language of the INSAR Annual Meeting.
